Drury South Wastewater Servicing
Traction Room has been engaged as the Client side Project Manager and Engineer’s Representative for the delivery of the construction stage of a $20m upgrade to the wastewater network in Drury South. The scope of work includes 3.3Km of pipeline (gravity sewer and rising main) and a new pump station.
The project includes significant crossings of the Kiwirail and New Zealand Transport Agency corridors as well as work through various private and publicly owned properties.
The project was delivered in 5 physical works contracts due to the different stages of land development along the project’s alignment. Traction Room are Watercare’s Project Managers for all five contracts.
Traction Room’s role has also included support to the design, tendering and consenting teams providing knowledge and advice to ensure a successful outcome to the project.
